Enter a case note

You can create case notes anywhere you see this icon:

  1. Enter in the case note
  2. If a follow-up is needed on the case note, the staff can click reminder and set a date for a reminder.
  3. Show details
  4. Enter subject for the case note
  5. Select the Case note type. If the case note type is not available, ask your system admin to add to the pick list.
  6. Status – Select whether the status is completed, in progress, etc.
  7. Status date – Date the case note was created
  8. If case note is private and only staff that is creating case note and system admins will be able to read. Read only allows staff to prevent anyone from editing the case note.
  9. Upload a document if needed.
  10. Save and close
