Use the Daily Journal
task to send parents updates about their children throughout the day.
Click the Add event button.
Select the event type.

Enter the event name.
GoEngage auto-populates the current time. You can edit if you want.
If you took a photo of the event, upload the photo to share with the parents.
Enter a description of the event.
Select the children who participated in the event. This will produce a group communication to all the parents. Click the Post event button to share with Mom and Dad.
For the Medication event, the child needs to have a medication listed. You can do so in My Health Workbook > gray medical folder icon > Medications
or Family Directory > Health > Health Events > Medications
