Open the Parent Child Activities by Classroom/Caseload task.

Step 1: Generate activity sheets

  1. Make sure you’re in the correct week.

  2. Select the children you want to generate a Parent-Child Activities Sheet for. To select all children, use the checkbox in the column header.

  3. Click the Generate new sheets button on the bottom left.

  1. You can copy from previous sheets, if you want. Uncheck the box to start from scratch.

    1. If you copied from previous sheet, you will see green check marks in the Activity column. You can use the edit button to edit them.

    2. If you created a sheet from scratch, you will see blanks in the Activity column. Use the edit button to fill them out

Step 2: Fill out activity sheets

  1. Select the Area of Development and associated goal.

  2. Start typing the activity. You will see a dropdown of activities your agency has assigned in the past. Activities with an activity icon (see below) are from your Parent-Child Activity Library.

    You can also type out a new activity. If your agency uses the Parent-Child Activity Library, we recommend adding it there, so that other staff can use it. 🙂

  3. Save!

Step 3: Assign activity sheets to parents

Text or email the sheet

Use the envelope icon to text or email the sheet link to parents.

The text/email will go to everyone listed in the child’s  tab.

<aside> 🧙 If your agency requires a PIN to access parent-child activities, the first time you send a sheet, the parent(s) will receive their PIN in a separate message.

Your GoEngage Administrator can toggle this in System Settings.
